For beginner pianists, a full-size keyboard with weighted keys (like the Yamaha P-45, Casio CDP-160 or similar) is a great place to start. For students learning violin, viola, cello, or other string instruments, we recommend renting from a reputable local shop to ensure proper sizing and quality.
